Skygazers gather across northern hemisphere to glimpse partial solar eclipse | Solar eclipses

People have gathered all over the northern hemisphere to capture a glimpse of partial solar eclipse.

The eclipse reached its climax London At approximately 11 am on Saturday, it was visible in parts of the United Kingdom between about 10 am and back.

The phenomenon occurs when the moon passes between the sun and the earth. Since the three are not completely aligned, only 30-40 % of the sun has been blocked when displayed by the United Kingdom.

“There is a nice crowd of people, everyone is really excited. There are people who wear eclipse glasses, looking at the telescopes that we created,” said Robert Massi, Deputy Executive Director of the Royal Astronomical Society, speaking from Louis, Sussex.

“We love it and it is very fun. It is a great general atmosphere, it is a really great event. There is a great deal of enthusiasm on this topic.”

“As expected, the moon began to move in front of the sun about an hour ago; it got a little less than an hour and prevents some sun.”

Skygazers has had large areas of the northern hemisphere an opportunity to see the moon seemed to take a bite of the sun while sweeping the eclipse from East Canada to Siberia.

“I have heard a lot of people in the UK as they have a higher ambiguity who have bad cloud coverage, if you have good weather, you are very lucky.”

“This eclipse, whether partial or completely, you actually see the watch of the solar system during work,” said Jake Foster, astronomer at the Royal Observatory.

The MET office said earlier on Saturday that the southern and eastern regions of the United Kingdom will get the best viewership, with a more attractive sky in the north and west.
