My son has autism. It fits “alone, young men, young men in their bedroom” that Kiir Starmer put in their bedroom. And he received treatment.
Axel Rodakobana was a child asking for help. Like his parents, I heard this phrase from mental health services as well: “He does not participate, so we need to empty it from our service.” Not engaging is part of the problem. Why did we not hear about this young father because they struggled to contain his troubled thinking? They are also victims of this tragedy.
When I hear Keir Starmer pledges to treat “Misfits” and “Loners” isolated in their bedrooms, I wonder what this means. I hope to fund more services for people with autism in crises. Thank you very much for posting a broader picture.
