Meera Sodha’s recipe for red rice and green bean salad with feta and pomegranate molasses | Salad

MBefore any satellites, I went to the Camargue area in southern France, where the wild white horses, pink salt and red rice wander around. This rice is sweet, soy and strong, and so good that you can hang a meal around it. You cannot really make mistakes, but for this recipe, I added Canillini and Vita pills for cream and green beans to freshness, pomegranate molasses and remove lemon to keep things bright and decorated.

This is a wonderful evening meal with a wonderful spring effort where the only “cooking” is boiling beans and rice. Camargue rice can be found easily in the largest supermarkets and online; If you cannot get anything, you can replace it with black rice, which is sometimes called Phenyle Or prohibited rice.

Place the onion slices in a small bowl, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and a quarter of a tablespoon of salt, then turn on your hands several times and put it on one side.

Wash the rice in a cold west of cold water until it is run, then put it in a large bowl and add a lot of boiled water. Return to boiling, then cook for 10 minutes, then add green beans and cook for another eight minutes, or until both rice and beans are soft.

While rice and beans cook, make clothes. In an empty jelly jar, combine olive oil, pomegranate molasses, honey, sumac, the remaining lemon juice and three quarters of a teaspoon of salt, and seal it all until vibrating until it becomes an emulsion.

Place the drained Canllini pills, cooked green beans, cooked rice and chopped herbs in a large bowl, spray over wearing clothes and give the mixture a good tumor until well wrapped.

Divide the feta into parts with your hands, scatter over the rice and throw them lightly again. Raise to a plate, end with fast pickled onions and spray from Sumac, and serve at room temperature.
