Judge halts dismantling of Education Department, orders fired workers to be reinstated

On Thursday, a federal judge in Massachusetts issued a judicial order that prevents the Trump administration from Dismantling the Ministry of EducationAnd they ordered the return of the employees.

“The record reveals that the real intention of the defendants is to dismantle the administration without an effective approved law,” the American boycott judge, Meongj John, said, noting that “the administration cannot be closed without the approval of Congress.”

The judge said that the irregular matter was necessary because “the advertisements supporting the employees of the former administration, educational institutions, unions and teachers draw a blatant picture of the irreparable damage that will result from financial uncertainty and delay, and isolate access to the vital knowledge that students and teachers embrace, and the loss of basic services for the most contracting students in America.”

Before the mass shooting, or the reduction in strength, “the administration was already struggling to achieve its goals, so it is only reasonable to expect to paralyze the section of this size.”
