Gavin Newsom Sues Donald Trump Over National Guard Order

California ruler Gavin New No. Prosecutor Rob Punta clarifies a lawsuit against Donald Trump The Federal National Guard has now ordered him in Los Angeles to respond to the administration’s protests Ice Raids.
The lawsuit will claim that Trump’s order exceeds his authority and violates the tenth amendment.
Trump has ordered the summons of 2000 National Guard soldiers to federal service for a period of 60 days.
In the lawsuit, Newsom and Bonta will ask the court to find Trump’s illegal order. They claim that the federal statute requires that the ruler give his approval. They also argue that the matter violates the state’s sovereign right to control.
Punta said in a statement: “Let me be clear: There is no invasion. There is no rebellion.
“Every ruler, red or blue, must reject this obscene transgression. This is beyond inefficiency – this is deliberately causing chaos, terrorist terrorism, and threatening the principles of our great democracy. It is an unambiguous step towards tyranny. We will not let this position.”
