Lyft is using Anthropic’s Claude AI for customer service

LYFT has announced a new partnership with Antarbur to use the Claude AI assistant to deal with customer service requests.
The company said that Claude is already being used as inquiries of service for drivers, which reduces the average accuracy time for an 87 percent request.
In an example presented by Lyft, the driver is asking Chatbot about the driving requirements for Lyft in their area, to which Chatbot responds to a list of five requirements.
How much is the service requests that work on the new prosecution while drivers remain? LYFT drivers, along with Uber drivers, have long complained of the non -personal nature of companies ’position towards drivers, including the lack of support for human customer service. The use of Chatbot Amnesty International to deal with more service requests can exacerbate those feelings between drivers.
The new Chatbot will only deal with the most common support questions, and to redirect customers to human specialists when you need more detailed help.
Amnesty International also uses obstetrics to increase productivity among its engineers, with up to 1 out of 4 lines of software instructions that have been produced using these technologies.
“They explore new products and capabilities, hoping to integrate Claude into more features of Ridehail.
