Georgina Hayden’s recipe for spiced crab egg fried rice | Food

CRab deserves to be celebrated, but this does not mean that it should be a very arduous meal. Midnight crabs? Yes, please, fried rice is a reserve whenever you are in a dinner dilemma. This does not aim to reduce his delicious, complicated or elegance, because the spiced crab version can be fictional as it wants. However, the speed and ease through which I can create a meal I know that everyone will love it is the winning factor. In addition, I often have cooked rice cooked in the refrigerator, in any case, and it is always a comma (cooked rice has a better frying texture with a cold).

Cross fried rice

Preparatory 10 minutes
Cook 25 minutes, in addition to cooling
Serving 4

Soft sea salt
250g rice Yasmine
Vegetable oil
Fresh piece 4 cm
Exactly exfoliated and accurately
3 garlic clovesExactly exfoliated and accurately
½ teaspoon of white pepper
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 big eggs
to hit
200 grams of mixed crab meat
1 bunch of fresh corianderFinely chopped
1 green pepperSmooth slices
2 LimTo half

Bring a large skillet of salted water to boiling. Wash the rice until the water is turned on, then boil for 10 minutes, or until it is just cooked. Drain, rinse under the cold tap and leave it to cool completely (if possible).

When you are ready to fry the rice, set a large frying pan or frying pan over a high heat and add two tablespoons of oil. Add chopped ginger and garlic, stir the mixture for a minute, then add the rice. B complect in ground white pepper, fish and soybeans, then stir the mixture for a few minutes, until the rice is hot. Push the rice next to the pan, pour the scrambled eggs in the middle of the pan and defend for a minute or two. Dismantle the cooked eggs and stir in the rice.

Add the crab to the pan, then stir until everything and hot. Breathe in chopped coriander and hot pepper slices, served with lime half.
