R.Its Japanese cocktail of plum with sea herbal syrup is just something that raises the edge of the long winter day. To get an alcohol -free alternative, you only need to reduce some drink with a tonic to taste it.

For drink (makes about 250 ml)

1 lemon slice
1 Fresh thyme branch
125 grams of sugar
For the drink
40 ml or omachYu intoxicants – We use Akashi Tae
10 ml London Jin Jin – We use Akshi 135 East
15 ml of seaweed, lemon and thyme syrup (See above and the way)

First, make a drink. Soak seaweed in 125 ml water for an hour (or more, if you want the strongest flavor of sea herbs), then press a saucepan.
