Actor Eric Mapius, who starred in the “ugly home” series, and many Halmark films, was arrested early Thursday morning in Nassau County, Florida.
“Resident Evil” and “Welcome to The Dollhouse”, 53, were seized on two misdemeanors: a battery and a law enforcement officer without violence, according to the Nasso Sharif County Office Database. Mapius representatives did not immediately respond to the Times request for comment on Thursday.
Mapius was one of two people who were arrested after a fight that broke out in a bar in Yoli, about 25 miles north of Jacksonville, according to the arrest report obtained by the Times.
The accident, as shown in the report, includes allegations of payment, spit, lack of respect and sugar.
A deputy said he noticed two “very drunk people” – a woman and a man. The woman was drunk “she was constantly not respected,” as she put it on people and was asked to leave several times by the beneficiaries and a waiter, according to the report.
The deputy said that the woman who is obtained by a second woman told her to leave. It is then claimed that the woman was drunk the second woman, as well as Mapius – who is accused of applying both women.
The deputy said that the second woman accused Mapius of reaching her top and “withdrawing her hair, and tearing a handful of her hair from her scalp.”
The report said that Mapius, along with the unrestricted woman, was removed from the law enforcement.
Outside the bar, Mapius became “more fighting” and did not follow a “simple matter” to sit on a seat, the deputy said. The deputy also said that the actor tried to wake up and “walk behind him” while he tried to implement the law to end the investigation of the accident. Many deputies had to accompany Mapius again on the bench, and he was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest without violence. According to the report, the woman whose hair was pulled does not want to pressure anyone.
Mapius, who rose in the mid -1990s, photographed the Heartthrob editor and fashion magazine Daniel Mead in “The Ugly Betty”, who starred in America Ferrera in the starring role. He also appeared in the TV series “The L word”, “Chicago Fire” and many installments from the franchise of “Signed, Sealged, Sealed and Delivey” from Hallmark.
