Sonos is still trying to figure out why everyone hates its app

The team focuses 100 % on two important priorities:

1. Understanding the radical cause of every customer problem, whether large or small, whether common or rare, and ensuring that the technical performance of the application meets or exceeds what you expect from Sonos.

2. The final gaps in functions and ease of use for the new application for what I enjoyed before, in order of priority responds as much as possible to the comments we receive from you.
