The Australian Department of Health and Aged Care has appointed the first person to this newly created position Chief Digital Information Officer.
Faye Flevaras, who is also the first Assistant Secretary for Digital Transformation and Delivery to oversee aged care reforms, takes up the role following a recruitment process that began in October.
