A judge just blew up Apple’s control of the App Store

Epic Games V. Apple Judge iPhone Gonzalez Rogers just has just spent that, immediately, Apple no longer collected fees on purchases made outside the applications and prevents the company from restricting how to direct developers to users to where they can make purchases outside the applications.

The referee was issued as part of the ongoing legal conflict of epic games against Apple, a great victory for EPIC’s arguments. The judge also referred the case to the American lawyer for reviewing a possible criminal contempt.
