The call for the new movie came for the first time in January 2022, and Sexon began filming in the film in August of that year, when it ended in July 2024. “The feeling of this group was warm and comprehensive – welcoming,” says Saxon. “I was about it for nearly three years, but people were on it more than five years ago. From his initial conversations with Mcquarrie, Sixon knew that his role would be much greater than in the first movie. But until then it has evolved throughout the production.
