Throughout the city this spring, one can only feel that many people have surrendered to general anxiety. For April 28, 2025 cover, the cartoonist Adrian Tomin tried to capture what he noticed in his daily career in Prospect Park. Tomin said: “I often find myself in the midst of” hours outside the wheel “near the outing of the picnic.” “Sometimes, the inattentive, inattentive joy of all of these dogs is the amazing mood, sometimes-especially recently-fills me with an irrational mixture of inconvenience and envy.”
