The Amazon announced A new version of her smart assistant today. Alexa Plus comes with expanded capabilities, and the company appears to appear, such as finding party tickets on your behalf or Uber request to capture someone at the airport. It will also make the smart auxiliary assistant to have more natural conversations with it, but Amazon will charge users for those new capabilities for the first time.
Early access to Alexa Plus will start in late March 2025 in the United States, and Roll Out will continue in subsequent waves. Alexa Plus subscriptions start from $ 19.99 per month, but it is free for key users. Given that Prime costs $ 14.99 per month, or $ 139 a year, it is difficult to imagine anyone who chooses to pay for Alexa Plus on their own. Many of the new capabilities of the smart assistant, such as jumping into a part of a movie that is played by a specific song, will also depend on services like Amazon Music and Amazon Prime Video. So to take full advantage of Alexa Plus, the main membership looks almost mandatory.
There were no advertisements for the device at the Amazon event today, but the company confirmed that Alexa Plus will work on the Alexa device “almost” that has been released so far. However, Echo Show 8, 10, 15 and 21, which features all touch screen facades, will be prioritized during early access.
