Only eight years? There seem to be several officers in multiple cars, so you should be able to accumulate multiple census and get consecutive sentences.

Each vehicle must be considered a separate attack, and it must get a minimum of 8 years for each case.

We hope that Rina will soon be arrested and get the maximum sentence if convicted. It definitely needs to put ice by claiming to attack the ice.
