The arrival of the child’s shark in the aquarium in Louisiana caused a wave of excitement, after eggs outperformed, although the male sharks do not seem to have participated.
Shark PUP YOKO was born in early January, Sherveport Aquarium saidAfter haunting an egg in a tank containing female sharks, but there is no male.
In fact, none of the sharks had had no contact with a male for more than three years, the aquarium said.
Although there are no male sharks in the box, there are two potential ways that the egg can produce a child.
Aquarium said that a phenomenon called Parthenine formation, a form of sexual reproduction as the fetus develops from an egg without fertilization, can happen.
