I‘MA is a big fan of Campari, so I am always keen to reach new cocktails that can get the lead center, and this small number Zingy is now preferred for the company. We also love working with local corniche producers, and creates Caspyn’s Dry Gin in West Penwith, on the southern end of the boycott.

20 ml fresh grapefruit juiceIn addition to 1 grapefruit slice, to decorate
15 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml aloe vera syrup
40 ml dry gene – We use Caspian
25ml Campari
Measurement of citrus juices, drink, jinn and camel in Shaker, fill with ice and fixed shake for 20 seconds. Put in a coupe, an appetizer with a slide of grapefruit and served.
