Sanders indicated that he was dealing with a health issue in May, when he was previously revealed American Football Association Cornerback Assante Samuel he lost 14 lbs. In this appearance, Sanders said what he was dealing with was “now on another level.”

Colorado coach has dealt with some serious health issues in recent years. In 2021, he had two toes on his left foot due to blood clots that arise from previous surgery.
In 2023, Famer Pro Football Surgery underwent to reduce blood clots in both his legs.
Colorado finished 9-4 in the second season of Sinsaders as a main coach in 2024. Colorado begins its 2025 season on its soil against Georgia Technology On August 29.
