Courts battle over military presence in Los Angeles

On June 13, the United States Appeals Court allowed President Donald Trump to maintain its deployment of the National Guard forces in Los Angeles, amid protests on the enforcement of temporary immigration, temporarily stopping the minimum court ruling that prevented mobilization.
The decision of the Court of Appeal in the ninth American district does not mean that the court will eventually agree with Mr. Trump, but it leaves the guardian leadership with the president at the present time.
Earlier on Thursday, Charles Prayer, based in the American boycott judge, found that the publication of Mr. Trump to the goalkeeper was illegal. The ruling of Mr. Prayer, consisting of the 36 -page National Guard, ordered the return to the control of the California Governor Gavin New Noire, who brought the case.
It was a short -term victory for Mr. Newsom, where Mr. Breyer’s order was stopped after about two and a half hours.
When asked about a comment, the press office of Mr. New News referred to the ruler’s statement after the initial ruling and indicated that the Court of Appeal put a temporary stop on the ruling, but it did not reflect it.
“I am confident of reviewing 36 pages – definitely,” said Mr. New News.
Mr. Trump welcomed the judgment on a post on a social media on Friday.
The Court of Appeal Committee consisted of three judges from two judges appointed by Mr. Trump during his first term and a judge appointed by President Joe Biden. The committee said it would hold a hearing on Tuesday to consider the advantages of Mr. Brayer.
The court, which is called administrative residency, gives appeal judges an additional time to consider the Trump administration’s request to ban Mr. Brayer’s order with the continued litigation in the case.
On Saturday, Mr. Trump summoned the National Guard in response to the protests that erupted on the immigration raids, and then ordered the US Marines to support the guard.
A battalion consisting of 700 US Marines is expected to arrive on Friday, which represents an unusual use of military forces to support civil police operations inside the United States.
The forces stood caution in a federal detention center in the center of Los Angeles, where many protests took place in a solidarity show of migrants held at home. The protests have so far been peaceful, with violence incidents, and are limited to a few city blocks.
The goalkeeper also accompanied immigration and customs enforcement agents on the operations of the detained immigrants.
In his rule, Mr. Breer wrote that the presence of the forces in the city was provoking tensions with the demonstrators – a dispute by the mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass, among other matters – and the deprivation of the ability to use the guard for other purposes.

On Thursday, Ms. Bass called on ICE officers to decrease from the intense series of raids that led to the protests, saying that the local economy may be harmed as migrants at home remained work and the school for fear of extracting them from the streets.
“The peace that we need to happen needs to start in Washington, and we need to stop the raids,” Mrs. Bass said at a press conference while the supporters were surrounding them in chanting “stopping the raids.”

Mrs. Bass spoke after National Security Security, Christie sleep, spoke to “liberate” Los Angeles at a press conference that was largely boycotted when Federal agents withdrew the American Democratic Senator Alex Badilla from the room, forced him to the ground, and registered him.
The battle court and the press conference affirmed the political polarization resulting from Mr. Trump’s strict approach to enforcement of migration and the wide use of the presidential authority.
Mr. Trump promises the campaign to deport immigrants, and uses strong tactics in line with the political style that penetrates the standard that made him elect twice.
Democrats said that the use of military force was not necessary and an example of tyranny of Mr. Trump.
The Americans are divided into the decision of Mr. Trump to activate the army. A Reuters poll/Epsus showed that 48 % of the respondents agreed to a statement that the president must “spread the army to bring the regime to the streets” when the protests turned into violence, while 41 % did not agree.
Between the rulings, Mr. Newsom said that the National Guard will be re -spread to its previous tasks, including border security, preparation for forest fires, and facing drug smuggling.
However, the Trump administration immediately appealed the judge’s order, describing Mr. Brayer’s rule as “an unusual storming of the presidential authority as a major leader.”
Mr. Trump justified the deployment of forces by describing the protests in Los Angeles as a “rebellion”, but Mr. Barir said in his temporary bound that the protests were much lower than this legal standard.
“The court is turbulent due to the inherent inclusion in the argument of the defendants that the protest against the federal government, which is the basic civil freedom that protects the first amendment, can justify the discovery of the rebellion.”
On Friday, Mr. Trump repeated his comments that if he had not requested the National Guard, the city would be in fire, and she wrote: “We have saved Los Angeles.”
