Democrats warn of midterm consequences as House GOP advances Trump’s big bill

Exclusive As the leaders of the Republican Party in the House of Representatives, they progress as president Donald TrumpThe so -called “big and beautiful bill” towards a ground vote this week, the democrats, who are in the minority, show a warning.
“We will take Republicans officials and there will be a price for payment.” Democratic Congress Campaign CommitteeShe confirmed, indicating mid -time elections next year, during an interview with Fox News Digital.
Republicans have a very high majority in the room at the present time, and Democrats not only need to receive three seats to increase the majority of the House of Representatives in the 2026 elections.
In addition, they look at the brave and controversial procedure that was stored full of Trump’s priorities in the second-term on tax cuts, immigration, defense, energy unit-which is currently making its way through many voices and obstacles in the House of Representatives-as political ammunition.

“This is terrible legislation,” Delpine argued.
Democrats from all parts of the party highlight the restructuring of Republicans in the Medicaid program, a 60 -year -old federal government program that provides health insurance of about 71 million adults and children with limited income.
“Let’s be clear, all Republicans are talking about now is the number of people and the extent of the speed they will take in the field of health care. They have these huge discounts to Medicaid, and 14 million people have lost health care across the country, and they talk about the speed they can do.”
I claimed Republicans in the House of Representatives “They all follow the president blindly and go blind on the abyss.”
Representative Ted Leo of California, another member of the democratic leadership in the House of Representatives, has argued that he takes questions from the correspondents that the draft law “has the largest health care reduction in the history of the United States.”
Republican Party tables are not affected by Trump’s “big and beautiful” trip to Capitol Hill
The discounts in Medicaid, which are partly formulated as a displacement to pay the costs of the 2017 Trump tax reduction law, which is scheduled to end later this year, includes a large number of new rules and regulatory requirements for those looking for coverage. Among them is a new set of work requirements for many of those looking for coverage.
“When you go throughout the country and talk to people, people are angry, and they are afraid. They are afraid of discounts in health care, not only cut 14 million people of health care but then raise the costs after that for every person and things like rural hospitals that close,” Delpine argued. “This will have devastating effects throughout the country. This is the policy that Republicans fight for, and cutting nutrition health programs so that families do not have healthy food.”
Republicans in the House of Representatives retreat from the attacks of Democrats and say that what they do is an end to waste, fraud and abuse currently in the Medicaid system, so that the program can work for the public in the way it was intended.
They call any conversation that they cut help to mothers, children, persons with disabilities and the elderly “flat lie”.
Delby replied, “We do not buy the argument because what we saw in the committee, what they wrote on paper is huge discounts in health care, and all of them pay the price of the tax exemptions for the wealthy in our country. This is not an invoice on helping the working families. This bill is devastating for working families.”
However, her corresponding pilot, Representative Richard Hudson “Republicans end waste, fraud and assault in Medicaid, so the most vulnerable to the care they need,” North Carolina, head of the National Congress Committee, told Fox News Digital in a statement.

In addition, Hudson argued that “Democrats are lying to protect the current broken situation that allows illegal immigrants to siphon from billions allocated to American families. We are strengthening Medicaid for future generations by protecting taxpayers and restoring integrity.”

Its history dates back to the presidential campaign last year, and Trump has pledged not to touch a maid. On Tuesday, when it stopped rare in the Capitol Hill to meet behind closed doors with Republicans in the House of Representatives in order to obtain support for the bill, Trump’s message to financially conservative legislators looking to make more discounts to Medicaid was “not less with medicaid”.
While there are sections between the Republicans on Medicaid, and a chasm between the two main parties on the long entitlement program, there is one point – this issue will continue in a melody on the campaign path in one way or another after the end of the legislative battles on the Capitol Hill.
