Eight healthy habits could slow the ageing of your brain
Getting good sleep at night and other healthy habits may slow the biological aging of your mind, and perhaps protect from conditions such as Difference.
These habits, known as the LIFE 8, were originally aimed at helping people enhance their cardiovascular health. It includes getting at least 150 minutes of moderate exercises, such as brisk walking, in the week and eating a healthy diet rich in nuts, fruits, vegetables and whole foods.
