DEbris of the tail of one of the most famous comets ever – Halley – will move to the Earth’s atmosphere this week, creating a meteoric shower. Eta Aquariids are not in a good position in a fantastic way for Northern Heaven Observer, but they can still be rewarding for those who want to wake up in the early hours.
Unlike most shower in the meteorite, which has a specific night of peak activity, there is nearly a week of activity during ETA Aquariids, which is usually concentrated on Nights 5-7 May.
The meteor shower radiates from a spot in the Aquarius constellation, the water holder, which rises only in the early hours of the morning at this time of the year of the United Kingdom.
