A federal judge ordered the release of an anti -Israel protester who helped organize riots and protests at the University of Colombia on Wednesday.
The affected authorities were arrested to enforce immigration and customs (ICE) Mohsen Mahdawi, Green card holder, earlier this month.
According to the court file, Mahdawi participated in the founding of the Palestinian Student Union in Colombia in the fall of the terrorist attack on October 7. Founded the group with Mahmoud KhalilAnother supporter of the Palestinians detained by federal immigration officials as part of the Trump administration earlier this year.
