INSPIRED by Pierre HermeThe famous Macarons Ispahan, where Rose, Lychee and Raspberry create a great flavor collection, this dessert re -explains the trio in Pavlova clear and risks. Instead of Rose, I used Elderflower to deduce the cream, with a gentle combination between the loud sweetness of the lychee and the raspberry brightness. Using a tin base or a cake plate approximately 23 cm, follow a circle by a mark on a sheet of baking paper, then put the side of the ink on a large baking tray.
