I think frying the pan is more than cultural indication (Messages, June 22). It is clear that the person who eats something fried was not the type who regularly eats fried food (chicken nuggets, for example). They also prefer Sous-VIDe while avoiding boiling in the bag, and they will read with happiness magic realism while giving imagination shelves a wide berth.
