Five years have now passed since the start of the Covid-19s and the sudden rise in the way in which the workplaces work around the world. In thinking about this anniversary, there is one innovation under the radar that came out of the crisis that I think has the ability to benefit from organizations for years to come-but only if we are studied on how to preserve it. This innovation is the idea that we can now employ the best leaders from anywhere in the world and allow them to work a distance, not tied to the Ministry of Interior or near most of their employees.
