IEEE Unveils the 2025–2030 Strategic Plan.

The IEEE 2020-2025 strategic plan has identified the organization and has informed its efforts over the past four years. the IEEE Board of DirectorsWith the support of who IEEE strategy and alignment committeeHe updated the goals of the plan, which now covers from 2025 to 2030. Although the goals have been updated, IEE’s mission and their vision remain fixed.

the 2025-2030 IEEE Strategic PlanThe six new goals focus on strengthening the role of the Foundation as a reliable source, and pushes technological innovation morally and in conjunction, providing multidisciplinary opportunities, inspiring future generations of technicians, increasing the involvement of professionals in the field of general technology, and enabling them throughout their career.

Along with IEEE’s fixed mission, vision and basic values, the plan will be directed by the organization’s priorities.

Inputs from a variety of groups

For inputs of the new strategic plan from the IEE community, interviews were made with the owners of the depth with the board of directors, the leadership of the higher professional employees, Young professionalsAnd students and others. IEEE also surveyed more than 35,000 people, including volunteers; Members and non -members; IEEE young professionals and students; And the representatives of the industry. Personal focus sets were conducted in eight sites all over the world.

The goals were moved through work sessions with IEE managers, elected managers, and the leadership of the higher professional employees, IEEE strategy and alignment committeeIt reached its peak with the council to approve it at its meeting in November 2024.

These six new goals will be directed in the near future:

• Science and technology is provided as a leading source of information for research, development and standards Public policy
• Payment of technological innovation while promoting scientific integrity, moral development and technology use
• Providing opportunities for multidisciplinary cooperation, research, research, and knowledge participation through industry, academic circles and government

Working in the next stage continues, and is designed to guide the organization in collecting goals in tactical goals to ensure the compatibility of organizational unity efforts with the comprehensive IEE strategy. Alignment of the strategic planning of the organizational unit with the broader IEE strategic plan is an important next step.

By fulfilling its strategic plan, IEEE will continue to enhance an open, comprehensive, and free cooperative environment. The organization will also continue to maintain its strength, arrival, and vitality of our organization for future generations and ensure our role as a general assembly 501 (c) (3).
