It took five minutes of practice a day to make me a guitarist | Hobbies

I loved Emily Prat’s article (The change that succeeded, I was unable to get your fitness-until I tried a 40-second panel every day, May 5)) Because it was a reminder that small changes could have a transformative effect.
A year ago, at the age of 52, I started taking guitar lessons. I always wanted to learn and tried several times over the years, but the exercise was a challenge. It seems very difficult and will take a lot of time. However, this time my approach was similar to Emily. Gitari has always been out and was interested in practicing at least five minutes every day. I had time for that, I had already been. Throughout the year, it has become five minutes often much more. But five minutes is the minimum.
Next week, I have the first Talawi concert. My article will not be perfect and I will be one of the oldest players, but I will accomplish something.
Just do a little and be patient, Emily reminds us. I also realized that whether it is five minutes of giting, or a plate of 40 seconds or anything else, that He is success. This is the achievement. This is something to celebrate. It is good to celebrate at least one success per day.
