Make the Diagnosis: This Cyst Is Asymptomatic. Is It a Problem?
Presentation
A 67-year-old man visited the doctor because of a cyst-like lesion that appeared on his face 3 months ago. The patient reported that the lesion was asymptomatic and did not cause any discomfort. On examination, a whitish nodule with overlying telangiectasia was seen near the bypass. A thick, cheesy, foul-smelling substance was revealed when a small incision was made. Can you diagnose the patient?
