New York Democratic and Socialist City Candidate, Self -described Zahran Mamdani, faces criticism about the observations made in a Young Social Democrats in America The conference, where he urged those present not to settle on goals such as “seizing the means of production”.
During the appearance – which was part of the 2021 Ydsa Winter Conference – Mamdani, who was recently elected at the New York State Association, he regretted that many socialist principles remain outside the political current.
“If we are talking about canceling the debts of students, if we are talking about Medicare for everyone, as you know, these are problems that have popular support throughout this country,” says Mamdani in a video clip of the conference pioneers. “But then, there are also other problems that we believe in firm belief, whether BDS or whether the ultimate goal of seizing the means of production is, as we do not have the same level of support at this particular moment.”

Mamdani went on to say that it is “important” that people do not give up these less popular ideas, although this week publicly asserted that it is “not a communist.”
“It is very important, the way we organize, and the way we created – as you know, we created our work and our priorities, that we do not leave any problem for the other, that we do not meet a moment and only look at what people prepare for, but we do all of these things with synonyms,” Mamdani continues in the title of his conference. “Since it is very important for us to meet with people wherever they are in the organization, also what is true and what is true, and to ensure that, over time, we can bring people to this issue.”
On Monday, Mamdani’s video began speaking at the 2021 Ydsa conference in social media tours.
Former NYC mayor Bill de Palacio says there is a “lot of exaggeration” on Mamdani’s concerns
“The naming of socialism in Mamdani is not a joke or ambition,” said billionaire Bill Akkam in response to the video when it started to appear on social media. “It is the action plan for the movement he leads, and at the present time, win. Don’t rely on my summary. Listen to him talking about his own words.”
“Mamdani is smiling like crocodiles because he says his final goal is to elect more socialists and seize production means,” President Donald Trump added coding and artificial intelligence in response to the video. “Democrats have become the left Luigi party, terrorism Tesla, and the crocodile Communists.”
Fox News Digital has communicated with the Mamdani campaign to get a response to these criticisms, but it did not receive a time in time to publish.

Last week, Trump personally criticized Mamdani, who disturbed the former New York governor. Andrew Como In the mayor in New York City earlier this month, as a “100 % crazy communism.”
“It has recently happened,” Trump wrote. “Democrats have crossed the line,” Trump wrote. “We have been subjected to radical left before, but this is a little absurd.” Trump doubled in communism this week in an interview with Fox Business, adding that if he is elected, it is better that Mamdani “behave” or risk financing his city.

In response to Trump’s criticism of being a “Communist”, “ Mamdani refuted the demand directly to NBC news during the weekend.
“No, I am not,” Mamdani answered when asked by Christine Wilker from NBC. “I have already had to start getting used to the fact that the president will talk about how I look, and how I look, where I am, who I am, in the end, because he wants to distract his attention from what I fight for. I am fighting for the working people who managed a campaign to enable him since then.
“When we talk about my politics, as you know, I call myself a democratic socialism in many ways inspired by the words of the doctor [Martin Luther] A king for decades, who said: “Democracy is called, called democracy, there must be a better distribution of wealth for all the children of God in this country.”
