M&S says ‘cyber incident’ hitting click and collect orders

Marx and Spencer says it is dealing with an “electronic accident” that affects some of its services during the past few days.
The UK’s retail seller said that the clicks and assembly were affected by technical problems along with their ability to collect the incomprehensible payments – with many customers communicating with the social media of the complaint of the delay.
M & S Stuart Machin, CEO of Customer, apologized to customers on Tuesday.
He said that the company was forced to make temporary and small changes to store operations “to protect you and our business.”
“There is no need to take any action at this time and if the situation changes, we will inform you,” he said.
The notification said that the company is working to solve some “limited” delay to click on the requests and collect them.
This comes after some shoppers complained during the weekend on issues – which also include their inability to use gift cards or vouchers in stores.
One person called “complete failure of customers” In a post on x.
“A simple message to customers to save a trip would have been working on,” they said.
