NFL Conference Championship Big Bets recap: Bettor banks $1 million via Chiefs win

the NFL The conference title matchups gave fans odds for only two separate games.

However, bettors certainly found enough in the list, especially high betting punters.

Six-figure bets littered the scene for Sunday’s games, along with one seven-figure game that paid out big.

More on this bet, along with other notable bets, unique wins and other big bets — both winners and losers — as we recap our NFL playoff betting.

Million dollars

On January 20, a Caesars Sports customer visited Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. The bookie was well equipped to take part in everything Kansas City Chiefs For the AFC Championship match vs Buffalo Bills.

Instead of worrying about the Chiefs -1.5 on the point spread, the client just took the Chiefs -130 money line, which means Patrick Mahomes & Co. He just needed to win the game regardless of the margin.

Bet amount: $1.3 million.

In another classic showdown between the Bills and Chiefs, Kansas City got there with a 32-29 win.

So the bettor got there too, and won $1 million, for a total of $2.3 million.

Caesars Sports Vice President of Merchandising Craig McCullough got the big boost with a big move.

“Before the game, we were Bills fans, both for the future of the Super Bowl and for the game itself,” McCullough said while looking on the bright side of the Chiefs’ win. “The only thing that’s important to us is that we can come up with more fun Taylor Swift-themed props for the Super Bowl this year.”

Barlay Bartay

A pair of four-legged futures reached the finish line Sunday at Caesars Sports. The first was a $500 play that blended the NFL, College football, MLB and Golf:

Add it all up, and you get odds of +48200, or 482/1.

The bettor won a whopping $241,000.

Likewise, one Caesars customer placed $750 on:

  • Jonathan Vegas +165 to win the 3M Open
  • Dodgers +320 to win the World Series
  • Ohio State is +360 to win the CFP
  • Eagles are +525 to win the NFC

This result netted a win of $239,240.63 for the bettor, thanks to odds of +31899 (about 319/1). Both bets originated last summer and were certainly worth the wait.

Disappointing results

Anyone betting on the under in Washington leaders vs Philadelphia Eagles The encounter certainly didn’t have to sweat all the way to the end. This game was all over by halftime, when Philly led, 27-15, in the NFC title game by a total of 47.5.

Six minutes into the third quarter, the Overs scored a goal Jalen hurts A nine-yard touchdown run, giving the Eagles a 34-15 lead.

Philadelphia went on to defeat Washington 55-23.

This result was especially difficult for one DraftKings Sportsbook customer who lost $1 million on Under 47.5 about two hours before the game.

Caesars Sports took triple six-figure bets on Commanders-Eagles:

  • $220,000 under 47.5
  • $110,000 under age 48
  • $110,000 under 47.5

The Bills-Chiefs game also saw great success, but not as easily. The total closed at 49.5, which got there a few minutes into the fourth quarter of KC’s 32-29 win.

Borgata Sports, a BetMGM property in Atlantic City, had one customer place $215,000 on the under 49.5. So this was another big donation to the house.

On the other hand, there were some bets that played well:

  • $200,000 Billing Heads Over 47.5 (BetMGM). The bettor won $181,818.18 (total payout $381,818.18).
  • $110,000 for billing chiefs over the age of 48 (Tsar). The bettor made a profit of $100,000 ($210,000 total payout).

Here’s hoping you have that

It’s not about cashing out big money or chance futures bets of thousands or tens of thousands of dollars. When you multiply any bet even by 10 or 15 — or in this case, 24 — and that bet comes true, it will increase your portfolio nicely.

Caesars Sports had a starting quarterback Patrick Mahomes +2400 for scoring two or more goals. Mahomes got his first on a one-yard run late in the second quarter, and added a 10-yard TD run with 10:14 left in the game.

If you just threw $10 on Mahomes, you would have made a nice profit of $240.

Eagles third string running back Will Shipley He was a long shot of +2100 to score a touchdown on Sunday versus the Leaders. But with Philly’s win over Washington, everyone got playing time.

So Shipley hit paydirt on a two-yard TD run late in the fourth quarter, the final score in a 55-23 Philly rout.

A $10 bet on Shipley netted a profit of $210 at Caesars.

I like big bets and I can’t lie

As shown above, big money was flying around the NFL conference championship odds. Here are several notable big plays:

  • $269,931.80 Eagles +170 to win NFC title (Csars). The bettor won $458,884.06, with a total payout of $782,815.86.
  • $165,000 Eagles -6 vs. Leaders (Tsar). An easy win, with the bettor winning $150,000 ($315,000 total payout).
  • $160,000 Leaders Money Line +228 vs. Eagles (Tsar). Washington loses explosively.
  • $150,000 Eagles -5.5 vs. Leaders (Tsar). Once again, an easy win of $136,363.65 ($286,363.65 total payout).
  • $144,118 Bills Money Line +110 vs. Chiefs (Kaiser). That’s a major six-figure donation to the house.
  • $100,000 to Chiefs +200 to win the AFC title. A nice profit of $200,000 for the client (total payments $300,000).
  • $80,000 Bills Moneyline +105 vs. Chiefs (Caesars). Another donation to the house.
  • $63,750 Eagles moneyline -255 for Commanders (Peppermill Reno). Popular gambler Vegas is dead He made that bet and won, winning $25,000 ($88,750 total payout).
  • $50,000 Eagles +325 to win NFC (Borgata). So the bettor receives a profit of $162,500 (total payout of $212,500).

This list could go on and on, of course. We’ll end up with a lighter bet than that, but it paid very well. And in a relatively short time.

A Caesars Sports customer put in $5,000 Kareem Hunt +1000 for scoring the first touchdown in Sunday’s Bills-Chiefs game. Six minutes into the first quarter, a Chiefs running back scored on a 12-yard run, giving KC a 7-0 lead.

So the bettor turns $5,000 into a profit of $50,000 ($55,000 total payout). You can’t beat that kind of ROI, especially after a few minutes of play.
