Two judges appointed from Trump in the Court of Appeal and said they would have been granting Trump’s request and re -judgment.
The couple from the judges said that the arrival tape to Hollywood, in which Trump spoke full of women’s passes, did not provide a related context regarding Carroll’s claims. The referees said that the tape was “a mile evidence”, which is usually unacceptable in court.
And they wrote in their opposition: “If the committee’s opinion remains a precedent to our court, the future prosecutor or the government will be able to provide evidence of the pre -behavior in which the defendant went on a worldly picnic, and at one time he made sexual progress.”

Trump strongly denied these allegations, saying that he had never met Carroll, and that she was not “kind” and that she had drafted the accident to sell books. His vocal, repeated and denial criticism led to the allegations of Carroll’s defamation.

On Friday, the decision of the Court of Appeal relates to the lawsuit that was submitted in 2022, when a jury found that Trump is responsible for sexual assault and defamation and giving Carroll $ 5 million. The jury also found that Trump had not raped Carroll, as Carroll claimed.
Carroll brought a second lawsuit immediately after her book, Trump claimed in the wake of the publication of the book. A jury in that lawsuit Carroll gave $ 83 million. Trump appeals to this decision.
