OpenAI sues Elon Musk claiming ‘bad-faith tactics’

Openai sued Elon Musk because of allegations that he tried “non -stop” to slow his work in his own interest.

The company accuses the President of Tesla of using “bad religions tactics” against Openai to help him control the advanced AI technology.

Mr. Musk made a lawsuit against the CEO of Openai Germans last year in an attempt to prevent him from changing the company’s structure. Mr. Musk participated in the founding of Openai with Mr. Altman, but he left several years ago.

BBC is close to his lawyer to answer the Obay suit, which was filed on Wednesday.

Conterusttuit open a new front in the battle of high risk between two heavy weights in the Silicon Valley.

“Illon’s actions without stopping against us are just bad tactics to slow Openai and control the leading AI’s innovations for his personal interest,” Obray said in a statement on Wednesday. “Today, we prevented it to prevent it.”

Last week, a federal judge in Auckland, California, set a date for trial in March 2026 in Mr. Musk’s lawsuit in an attempt to track the legal battle.

The American boycott judge, iPhone Gonzalez Rogers previously giving Mr. Musk, rejected a judicial order that would temporarily stop Openai’s conversion from a non -profit organization to a profit company.

She also said that she expects Mr. Musk to provide evidence in the case.

Mr. Musk claims that Openai has broken out of his foundational mission as a non -profit institution to develop artificial intelligence in favor of humanity and therefore it is in violation of the contract.

He left the company in 2018.

“This is related to control. This is related to revenues. It mainly relates to one person who says:” I want to control that young woman, “said Arie Letman, a professor of digital media and marketing at Carnegie Mellon University.

Letman said that he was about making artificial intelligence safe and fair.

“This takes the back seat with all this scaling on control and enthusiasm,” said Laytman.

Openai claims that Mr. Musk was “publishing wrong information about us”, in the X Publishing on Wednesday, adding, “ELON was never about the mission. He was always about his agenda.”

Musk’s Xai is a competitor for Openai, but it failed to knees. Last month, Xai acquired Social media platform in Musk – formerly Twitter.

Mr. Musk claims that the joint company, Xai Holdings, is estimated at more than $ 100 billion.

In February, Mr. Musk made an unwanted offer to Openai, where he offered to buy it for $ 97.4 billion, which was rejected by Mr. Altman by publishing: “No thanks to you, but we will buy Twitter for $ 9.74 billion if you want.”
