Prep talk: Mira Costa is team to beat in girls’ beach volleyball

Mira Costa is preparing to defend the beach championship in the first section in the southern section of girls. Mustang (16-1) is expected to be the first seeded when waters are released on Thursday.
The team made a steady progress after it lost many of the main elderly and suffer from an early defeat for its rival Reduundo Union.
“We have used it as a tool for re -appointment and talking about being intended to practice and talk about what it already appears,” said coach Nancy Reynolds.
