Resident doctors should vote against strike action | Doctors

We write about an invitation to strike by resident doctors (Report, May 22). We are doing this as experienced clients with experience and potential patients. There was a real case that residing doctors left behind, but an increase of 22 % in the past year and it seems to us a show above this year. We have a long way to address this. They are definitely more than many of our colleagues, other professional groups and patients, and it cannot be easy to persuade the Treasury Department in these restrictions of resources.
There are still major problems about working and training conditions. They need to solve the company, but this will not be achieved through strikes.
We have seen many governments, NHS Restructuring and frustrations accompanying our work. This has never faded, and he should not give up the needs and care of the people who ask for our help. For this reason we all go to this profession. The strike now will harm patients and reduce the cause of these doctors. Calls to hit the country. There are no backup funds – this is a sterile gesture, and people go to a maze without a thread.
In our opinion, NHS is more risky than any time in our career. Doctors’ strike would reduce NHS’s ability to provide, and play in the hands of those who do not believe in NHS is funded for the public and is based on the need for need. We urge resident doctors to preserve the spirit of the department of the democracy – voting in favor of NHS and voting, not to strike work.
