Reuters Reported exclusively Major international players have withdrawn from the bidding process for the Brazilian energy distribution company owned by Enel SpA, leaving two local companies competing head-to-head for the asset. Equatorial Energia and Energisa SA are the only companies still interested in Celg-D, which distributes power to the central-western Brazilian state of Goiás, after analyzing the company’s operational details.
