Sens Cruz, Lujan introduce bill to streamline permits for international bridges, ports of entry
Senator Ted CruzR-TEXAS has submitted legislation to amend the 1972 international bridge law that accelerates the presidential permit of all international bridges and land ports to enter.

Logan said in a press statement that he is proud to provide legislation from the two parties that would make real investments To New Mexico.

The draft law also includes a tape on future departments to consider environmental documents, including documents created as part of the National Environmental Policy Law.
