R. Kelly says his life is at risk, asks for time off from prison

R. Kelly’s lawyer draws a picture of corruption and deception between the ranks of the Federal Office for Prison and Prisoners’ employees, claiming that there is a goal on the back of his client that can only be removed if the deformed R&B singer is sent to the home.

Beau Brindley has been required to put Kelly in temporary imprisonment of the house while spending the penalty of sex trafficking for decades. He claims that the trio of prison officials was drew to kill the singer by a final sick member of the Muslim Brotherhood, with the exception of a short period when he fled from prison – he was in federal reservation since 1982.

An emergency request for this temporary leave was submitted on Tuesday in the Federal Court, and documents were obtained and reviewed by the Times.

In addition to detailing the supposed murder conspiracy, the proposal claims that Kelly’s special contacts while detention were “stolen” by people working with various prosecutors who took information and used it against the singer in the trial. The proposal says that one of the witnesses has never aimed to testify against Kelly, until one of the people who claimed to stole these contacts approached her.

The suggestion claims that three prison officials, including the guard and the Assistant Warden, conspired to kill Kelly by another prisoner, Mikel Glenn Stein. Stein, a “delegate” of the Aryan Muslim Brotherhood who joined the racist gang in prison, said in an announcement that an official had not previously ordered him to request “attacks, beatings and killing on prisoners.” This official approached him in February 2023 for ending Kelly’s life.

Stein said that he first met this official during the 13 -year -old in Colorado Federal Prison, and that the alleged victims were targeted because they were doing things for BOP. Stein said that he “ordered several attacks and crimes of murder” at the request of the official in various federal prisons, and participated in some of the attacks himself.

In 2023, the official told him that there was a senior prisoner in North Carolina, “their high -prices lawyers will expose a set of harmful information that would harm the other prison office and follow -up” and wanted to “pay” to help eliminate the problem. ”

After he asked Stein if he knew who was R. Kelly, the advertisement said, the official told him, “Kelly is a rapist. He told me that Kelly raped the little white girls. He told me that Kelly was scum.

Sixty said he was transferred to North Carolina in October 2023. He has been in the medical unit from then until March 2025 when he finally ended in the Kelly unit.

Stein, who says he has eventually had cancer, said that as soon as he reached Kelly unit, he must “implement” the singer. He said that he was said to have been tired of murder, but this evidence “will be shown” and will not be convicted. After that, sixty said, “He will be allowed to escape” while he was crossing, as he did when he escaped previously, and he can live in his last months as a “free man”. Sixty said he agreed to the deal, but he changed his opinion after Kelly monitored for a few weeks.

Instead of killing the singer, Stein said in his announcement on May 19, “The truth told him.

Sixty said that the execution of the prison was not a new thing for him, but Kelly killed “to hide misconduct [Bureau of Prisons] Officers and government officials are something that should not happen. … and this will happen if no one would take the procedure. “He stated that the time was” essence. ”

“His client’s continuing prison while he knows that his life is in danger is a harsh and unusual penalty,” Brendley’s lawyer, Brendley, said, in his proposal. The lawyer said that Kelly had already been attacked by others.

In his proposal, Brendley accused the US Prosecutor’s Office of intentionally conspiring to use the information protected by the customer’s privilege, including the information that was purchased from one of his colleagues in Kelly. In the cell, this colleague presented a declaration that he stole distinguished legal documents and delivered them to the BOP investigator who copied it and sent it for use by the prosecutors in both Kelly trials.

“This conspiracy included the prison office and it appears that it was organized by the US Prosecutor’s Office,” says The Motion. “There is no way to predict a manner unless the American Public Prosecutor’s Office is known for the corrupt behavior of these collaborators.”

According to the movement, Kelly received a call from an prison official in North Carolina, and warned him that the government knew that his lawyer was meeting with his colleague in the cell who submitted the announcement.

“The official, Mr. Kelly, advised that he was in danger and that Mr. Kelly needed to be careful. BOP official was charged that Mr. Kelly was not safe in the prison office,” says The Motion. “The BOP official also advised that Mr. Kelly should avoid chaos.”

The suggestion claims that Kelly was already attacked by another prisoner, and after the truth, he wrote a letter saying it was placed on it. She says sixty approached Kelly and came clean about the alleged murder plot on April 11.

On June 6, 2025, the defense learned that the second member of the Muslim Brotherhood, who is located in FCI Butner, was just contacted by [a BOP official] He went to the execution of the execution of Mr. Kelly and Mr. Stein, “The movement says.

“Time is now essence,” Brendley wrote. “With these amazing facts in mind that Mr. Kelly asks this court about an unusual legal treatment: his release from the prison office.”

In recognition that Kelly was asking for a “unusual” treatment for his problem, the lawyer cited allegations in his proposal and made a comprehensive indictment of the Federal Prison system.

Brendley wrote: “The above conditions are unusual as they are terrifying,” Brendley wrote. “The imprisoned people have no compensation for protection outside the guards who are appointed to maintain their safety. When the hierarchy under which these guards are punished and ordered the execution of the prisoner, there is no safety for this prisoner.

“Mr. Stein’s announcement shows that the killing of the prisoner at the request of prison officials is not new or uncommon. It occurs regularly and without a result. Hence, the threat of Mr. Kelly’s life continues every day, no action is taken.”
