Sana Grain Mill Review: Makes Specialty Flours a Piece of Cake

Al -Qadoub can carry more than 800 grams comfortably, so you weigh 400 grams of all wheat berries. (Check my guide to The best kitchen standardsThis is another great reason to invest in one.)
Made of 85 mm stones of ceramic and corundum, which is an oxide metal. These grinding stones have a very rough surface that cannot grind not only pills but also dried corn, beans and lentils. For my multi -purpose checker, the mill was placed in its finest grinding (just turn the factory in the clockwise until you hear the millstones touch). Thanks to the Mill 360 Watt, within five minutes, I had about 6.5 cups of fresh wheat flour.
The factory was not as loud as I expected it, but it is still loud – the cover helps the pimples in the noise noise.
The guide in candy
The multi -purpose flour mixture was successful, as Sana turned into a precise ground flour similar to any brand that the store saw it used. Grinding might be a little strange compared to commercial flour (all over the flour was small spots of wheat berries), but I was very happy with the results. The flour was this familiar fluff that I used to.

In both cookies and small bread loaves, fresh flour is behaved like any trade brand. Both were great and familiar, I was particularly happy with it. Depending on your recipe, it may take some change and alteration to adapt to the structural makeup of the fresh flour, which includes wheat bran and bacterium.
The biggest difference I noticed while using fresh flour in baked goods was the flavor. I had another depth of cookies and loaves of flavor. They were almost nuts and definitely wheat. Both were delicious and raised from fresh flour. (Amid a modern snowstorm, my twentieth husband and I demolished from Snickerdoodles that I made in just two days.)
I still have to grind any rough granules, but I have no doubt about Sana’s abilities to do so. Sana is very slope, but it is a piece of equipment that gives great results quickly.
As for cleaning, this is a simple matter: just loosen the qadous and brush from the stones from time to time, or run some rice through it. Regarding the length of SANA, long stones should be accompanied at all after years of use, because they are practically not destroyed.
