Shaquille O’Neal hired as voluntary GM for Sacramento State men’s basketball

The Famir Shakeel O’ll Hall agreed to become the general manager of the men’s basketball program Sacramento State Under the new coach Mike Baby.
A person familiar with the situation said on Monday that O’Neill will take over the volunteer function of the program that his son Shaqir recently joined as a player. The person spoke on the condition that his identity was not disclosed because the school was not issued.

One of the first additions made by Baby is the signature of Shalakir O’Neil as a conversion from Florida A & M. Now Bibi has the father of O’Neill, participating in the program.
O’Neal is the latest high -level athlete who plays the role of the general manager in a university program. Stephen Carrey was recently announced as Assistant Director General of Davidson and Sri Young has the same role in Oklahoma.
O’Neal won four titles in the American Professional League, and three NBA MVPS and MVP finals in the league during his 19 -year career in the American Professional League. He is currently an analyst for TNT “Inside the NBA”. He also served as a minority owner of the Sacramento King’s newspaper from 2013-22.
Sacramento State 7-25 this season under the leadership of temporary coach Michael Kyzipil, who was promoted last spring after David Patrick left to take over as a main assistant coach in Lsu.
Hornz went 28-42 in two seasons during the Patrick era and the program has never preceded the NCAA championship since its transfer to the first section in 1991-1992. Hornz achieved a record only winning twice since, as he went 16-14 in 2019-20 and 21-12 in 2014-15.
