Four months ago, my son used my car and I got a penalty shipment from Transport for London (TFL). Pay the price of both immediately. After a month, I received a message from TFL I mentioned that no batch was received and that, as a goalkeeper, I was responsible.
My son bank confirmed in my book that a batch of 160 pounds was made and that, after 41 days, it still appears as suspended. We sent a payment and message license code to TFL. They answered me 14 days to provide the card details by mail.
The message arrived three days before the end of the deadline, giving me enough time to respond. I called and asked to provide details by completing an online acting.
It turns out that this is a wrong advice as the deadline for representation and will be rejected.
I published the required details and then received a letter from a boycott court regarding the debt recovery. She provided evidence that the debts were fully paid and notified that TFL had been instructed to drop the case.
Not ending there. TFL has redirect it to the arbitrator. I don’t know what to do. Everything makes me feel anxious and depressed.

It makes me move. I lost the number of times TFL usually revealed From the failure to collect electronic payments and then follow the drivers without blame because of their incompetence.
The most annoying aspect of all these cases is its refusal to decline, although the payment is proven, until I share. This is despite the repeated promises that it has fixed its systems. As expected, the same payment guide is satisfied with TFL when it was provided by a national newspaper.
A TFL spokesman said: “We are very sorry for any distress resulting from dealing with these penalty notifications.
“We have canceled these penalty notifications and we will work with our suppliers to consider our current operations of this type of problem and address this.”
