Birmingham’s Antrell Harris reaches peak form with a 10.24 100

On February 22, Antrell Harris began from Birmingham High, the course of the course that runs 100 meters in 11.07 seconds. Then, in the state championship last week, on the first day of the qualifiers, he opened amazing 10.24 seconds to occupy the third place in the Jaddan Jefferson race of Concorde de la Sal, he scored government in 10.01 seconds.
Harris, the city’s division champion, ended in the eighth place in the final match on Saturday, but the time of 10.24 meters, would have achieved the record in the city section kept by Queens WhatsApp (the record must happen in the city’s finals).
In response to a question about how a lot of improvement achieved (it was the fastest time for the wind with the help of winds 10.62 in Jabal Sak), Harris said: “To be honest, I do not know. I started a wonderful start and proved everything that the Carive coach raises.”
Yes, there is always a coach behind a person who is a great improvement, and the arrival of Kertic Carruth in March is a big difference. Note that Harris was fast but not strong. He pushed him to work in the weight room, made him win 10 pounds and make him run 400 instead of the aggression leading to the city’s finals.
Continue telling Harris about “trusting science.”
Thanks to an average of 4.1 points, and after it was a star of successful football teams in Birmingham, Harris seems to be a better university possibility for track programs. But he said on Monday that he had not received any calls after his performance 10.24.

Carrny said it would happen. Harris only needs someone to believe that he is getting faster and faster. Times do not lie. His grades do not lie. Work ethics are great.
“It is an easy sign.”
