InstaCart offers a new way for shoppers to earn money: Take videos of store shelves “one corridor at one time”. The new gain opportunity, called View View, will allow InstaCart to identify the available products, as well as those that are depleted from the stock.
InstaCart says VIEW will also help estimate its predictive models when the store re -stores a specific product. “If you submit a night request for delivery early the next day, we can predict whether the element is likely to return to the shelves when the store reopens, then check that information in the morning,” explains Instacart.
