Ticketmaster pauses ticket sales for all NFL London games to ‘ensure genuine fans are able to purchase’ seats
Ticketmaster tries to ensure the ability of actual fans to buy the US Football Association games in London during the 2025 season. The ticket broker decided to temporarily stop all sales for these competitions after a short period of selling them on Thursday “to ensure the ability of indigenous fans to buy tickets.”
In a statement, Ticketmaster said that fans who tried to buy tickets would keep their place in the waiting list. He added: “We understand how frustrated this.”
There seems to be a great interest in London games tickets, as the fans are mentioned in the waiting lists 250,000 people. Looking at the Ticketmaster statement, some of this waiting list may be composed of interesting or robots trying to buy seats.

The US Football Association started for the first time playing games in London during the 2007 season. The league initially played only one game in Europe in every season, but it increased this number to two games in 2013 and then three games in 2014. Since then, the American Football Association has tried to play at least one match in London every season. The only exception came in 2020, when the league crossed the London game due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The league will also play in Brazil, Germany, Ireland and Spain in 2025.
