Timeline of Trump’s Deportation Flights, From Alien Enemies Act to Judge’s Order

The ruling of the federal judge was clear: The Trump administration was unable to use a mysterious law in wartime from the eighteenth century to deport people without a hearing.
The judge said that if any planes are already in the air, they must return.
This did not happen. Instead, the Trump administration sent more than 200 immigrants to El Salvador during the weekend, including alleged gang members, on three aircraft.
The New York Times review showed that none of the relevant aircraft landed in El Salvador in front of the judge’s order, and that one of them did not leave American territory even after the publication of the judge’s written online order.
During a hearing of the Monday court, a lawyer for the Ministry of Justice argued that the White House had not challenged the matter issued by the judge, James E. Bouasburg of the Federal Provincial Court in Washington.
The lawyer, Abhishek Campley, argued that the judge’s decision was not completed until he was written in a written form. F – It is necessary to explain the government – the written version did not include the specific instructions for changing aircraft.
Mr. Campley also argued that although the third plane contains two departments, their cases were not covered by the judge.
Below is a timetable for the relevant events, with all eastern times:

At the time of the verbal order of Judge Boasberg, it was one of the aircraft over Mexico; It was again over the Gulf of Mexico, which the Trump administration re -named to the Gulf of America; The third has not yet been taken off.
The planes were not turned.

In an interview with Fox News, Thomas de Human, Mr. Trump, the border of Tsar, rejects the concerns that the Trump administration violated an order from the court.
“I do not care what the judges believe,” he said, adding that “the plane was already above international waters with a plane full of terrorists and important public safety threats.”
“We have removed the terrorists,” said Mr. Human. “This should be a celebration in this country.”
Caroline Levitt, the White House press secretary, said that the administration was only following the order of the written judge, issued at 7:26 pm, and the verbal order submitted from the seat at 6:48 pm
She said: “All the aircraft under the written system of this judge left the American soil, the American lands, before the order of the written judge,” adding: “There are already questions about whether the verbal matter carries the same weight as a legal matter, as a written order. Our lawyer is determined to ask these questions and answer them in court.”
Mrs. Levitt does not seem to take the third trip, which started after publishing the order of the written judge. The Trump administration argued that the third trip was carrying a walk that was not covered under his command.
At 5 pm, Judge Boasberg held a hearing on whether it is The White House violates its command.
Mr. Campley, a lawyer for the Ministry of Justice, refused to answer the questions, saying that the only information that was authorized to reveal – even for the judge – is that the government did not violate the matter.
He said he could not say more, pointing to “national security concerns.”
When Mr. Campley argued that there was a difference between the orders of the verbal and written judge, the judge replied, “This is the extension of Hikova.”
Judge Pasperj asked the Trump administration to answer by noon on Tuesday, with more detailed answers to his questions. A specific announcement request that no person was covered on the third trip.
