The agenda of Meloni’s visit was officially discussing trade between Italy and the United States. I have previously suggested that it will be open to a free zero trade deal between the two countries. Meloni did not hesitate:

She made it clear that she was not talking about Brussels – just an attempt to build bridges.

They claim that if you are listening closely, you can hear the whinsers of Emmanuel Macron, who is transferred to the breeze outside the White House when Meloni said that the words “make the West great again.”
Meloni explained: The battle to save the West is not related to maps or borders.
“When I talk about the West, I don’t talk mainly about a geographical space.”
“I am talking about a civilization.”
“I want to make that civilization stronger.”
She recognized the dispute between the United States and Europe – but now she said it’s time to fix it.
Then the invitation came:
