Promptly review all agency actions that potentially hinder the development of domestic energy resources. (a) The heads of all agencies shall review all existing regulations, orders, guidance documents, policies, settlements, consent orders, and any other agency actions (collective, agency actions) to determine which agency actions impose an undue burden on identification, development, or use Domestic energy resources – with particular interest in oil, natural gas, coal, hydropower, biofuels, critical minerals and nuclear resources – or which are inconsistent with the policy set out in Section 2 of this Arrangement, including Limitations on consumer choice of vehicles and devices.
