Two suspicious pitches by Guardians’ Luis Ortiz part of gambling investigation

Cleveland Guardian MLB announced that novice Louis Ortiz was placed on a heterogeneous paid vacation before he was scheduled to take the hill against Chicago Cubs on Thursday.
While MLB did not reveal the nature of its achievement, Espn mentioned He was associated with gambling.

Ortiz’s non-specializational leave is scheduled to continue at the MLB All-Star break, with games resuming for the second half July 18.
The guardians issued a statement on the matter after the MLB announcement.
“The guardians have been notified by the main baseball league that Louis Ortiz has been placed on a vacation for each agreement with the Players Association due to the continuous investigation in the league.
“The guardians are not allowed to comment more at this time and will respect the process of secret investigation in the league.”

Ortiz has developed 16 times for the guardians this season, where he scored 4.36 era and 96 exercises.
